On every direct sale in N2L or MP3, the maker keeps 82.5%. The other 17.5% is gross profit, and every dollar of it is accounted for:

- 10% SxS Trust
- to the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation
- 6% Land Trust
- to the World Deed holders where the buyer lives
- 30% Expense Trust
- runs the platform
- 30% Trust Fund
- a reserve the Citizens vote to allocate
Nothing is taken off the top that the formula does not show, and every Citizen can watch, in real time, where each dollar from their network goes.
This has never been done before, and it cannot simply be copied. It is not a feature you bolt onto an app. It is an architecture: the Algorithm, the five Trusts, the World Deeds, the 8-level voting funnel, the invitation system and a charity at the centre, each holding the others in place. Take one away and the rest stops working. It took more than 25 years to design because nothing like it existed to borrow from.

A vote in a real democracy: an 8-level voting funnel decides how the Trust Fund is spent. A lifetime share of the gross profit on every purchase by buyers you invite (21%), and by the buyers they invite (3%). Two levels, never more. And the option to hold the World Deed for a territory, receiving 2% of the gross profit on qualifying sales there.
